Identifying and refuting hostile and erroneous views on streamlining the organizational apparatus and administrative unit mergers today

Abstract

   In the context of the organizational streamlining and administrative unit merger efforts entering a new, long-term strategic phase, hostile forces continually attempt sabotage, from overt to covert, from crude to sophisticated, from old arguments dressed in new forms to fake critiques disguised as “constructive feedback” that conceal intentions of disruption. Therefore, raising vigilance and proactively confronting and refuting these views is an
urgent task.
