Solutions to enhance connectivity in modern countryside construction

Abstract

Modern rural development is a major policy of the Party in the process of industrialization and modernization of the country, a strategic orientation to improve the lives of rural people in a sustainable way. The article focuses on analyzing the Party’s viewpoints, the current status of the linkage between subjects in modern rural development in Vietnam today and proposing a number of solutions to enhance the coordination between subjects in modern, civilized and sustainable rural development.
