The working style of political commissars and political officers at grassroots units in the People’s Army of Vietnam

Abstract

In the process of construction and combat of grassroots units in the military, as secretaries of party committees, party organizations, and those in charge of the unit's political affairs, the working style of political commissars and political officers plays a very important role in the unit's success in fulfilling its tasks and in the style of the unit's cadres and soldiers. In practice, good political commissars and political officers lead to good cadres and soldiers, and vice versa. With that significance, the article focuses on clarifying the basic characteristics; the determining factors, influences, and the path of formation and development of the working style of political commissars and political officers at grassroots units in the military today
