Continuing the reorganization of public service units in Hung Yen province: Current situation and orientation

Abstract

This article analyzes the requirements for reorganizing public service units under the conditions of implementing a two-tiered local government model and merging provincial and commune-level administrative units; assesses the current state of organization of public service units before and after the provincial merger; and from there, proposes directions for continuing the reorganization of public service units in Hung Yen province until 2030.
