Developing agricultural tourism in the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions in the context of administrative reorganization

Abstract

In recent years, agricultural tourism in the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions has contributed to promoting rural economic development, preserving indigenous culture, and improving the lives of local people. However, agricultural tourism models in the region are still small-scale and have not effectively utilized the agricultural cultural-tourism value chain. In the context of administrative reorganization, streamlining the apparatus, and restructuring the regional development space, the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions face new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, effective solutions are needed to develop sustainable agricultural tourism in the region.
