Abstract

The article analyzes the viewpoint of the Communist Party of China on developing new quality productive forces, identifying this as an important measure to strengthen the ma terial and technical foundation for modernizing the Chinese model and achieving high-quality development; addressing international competition and ensuring national economic security. Developing new quality productive forces must rely on state-owned enterprises. The public ow nership nature of the means of production, strong comprehensive strength, and leadership of the Communist Party determine that state-owned enterprises have full responsibility and ca pability to lead and dominate this development process.
