Current situation and solutions for developing the digital economy in the private sector in Ha Tinh province

Abstract
The digital economy in the private sector of Ha Tinh province has shown signs of development; however, it remains at an early stage and is largely limited to basic digitalization. Although digital infrastructure has been improved, its development is uneven, while digital human resources and digital awareness remain limited. This article analyzes the current situation of the digital economy in the private sector in Ha Tinh and identifies its
existing limitations. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes solutions to promote the development of the digital economy in the private sector in Ha Tinh province.
