Consequently, the outcomes have not fully met the stated objectives. To enhance the quality of education, integrating theory with practical application requires establishing a standardized benchmark system aligned with the national coordinate framework. Utilizing GPS technology to establish a coordinate control network is appropriate and efficient in addressing the limitations of non-aligned benchmark points, saving costs and time, while ensuring accuracy.
