In the context of the current Fourth Industrial Revolution. Building and developing a team of Vietnamese intellectuals is an important and indispensable part in the process of developing Vietnam’s resources. The article presents an overview of intellectual resources and the importance of Vietnamese intellectuals in the context of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution.
