Research on developing standards and evaluating the current status of speed endurance of male students at An Giang University - Ho Chi Minh City National University

Abstract

Through the use of routine, reliable scientific research methods, the study was conducted to build standards and evaluate the current status of speed endurance of male students at An Giang University - Ho Chi Minh City National University on the following aspects: Current status of teaching staff, facilities, programs and exercises to develop endurance and speed in the teaching content of Physical Education. The research results are determined to be an important basis for developing the qualities of endurance and speed in the curriculum, thereby perfecting the curriculum and meeting the increasing innovation needs of the school.
