Abstract

Teacher development in primary schools is aimed at raising awareness among administrators and teachers about the importance of developing primary school teachers. The article raises the current situation of teacher development in primary school in Phung Hiep district, , Hau Giang province, thereby proposing measures to develop primary school teachers in the new period.
