Abstract

Listening is one of the four important communication skills in teaching and learning English (the other three skills are speaking, reading and writing), this article analyzes and clarifies some factors affecting the English listening skill development of university students Vinh University of Technology Education, thereby suggesting some techniques to improve the quality of teaching and learning English listening skill.
