Solution for designing software systems at National Academy of Public Administration towards a smart university

Abstract

Globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution are profoundly shaping all aspects of life, as traditional fields continuously shift in an increasingly flat world. Education is one of the highly competitive sectors, with smart universities emerging as an alternative to traditional universities. A correct and comprehensive understanding of smart universities to develop the most suitable implementation roadmap will help NAPA effectively fulfill its role and contribute significantly to the development of Vietnam's knowledge-based economy. This paper suggests several solutions for designing software systems aimed at developing a smart university at NAPA.
