Potential for development of mechatronics technology industry in the context of international integration in Vietnam

Abstract

The emergence of the 4.0 industrial revolution has brought changing requirements at an unprecedented scale in the economy in general, as well as in industries in Vietnam in particular. The Mechatronics Industry is considered an important field as a “springboard” to help the country catch up with the development of this industrial revolution. The article provides analysis of the current situation, assessment of needs, and potential for development of the Mechatronics Industry in our country.
