Abstract

In the context of socio-economic development, the quality of vocational training associated with employment is a key factor to improve living standards and sustainable development in Son La province. However, the current situation shows many difficulties such as lack of facilities, inappropriate training programs and limited connection between training and labor market needs. Therefore, there needs to be specific and effective solutions to improve and enhance the quality of vocational training to meet local employment needs.
