Current situation of soft skills among students at Bac Kan College

Abstract

Soft skills have a very important role for students. The article studies the situation of three soft skills (presentation skills, communication skills, emotional management skills) of students at Bac Kan College. The research results of the article are the basis for managers and teachers at Bac Kan College to propose measures to educate and improve soft skills for students.
