Abstract

Nowadays, innovating financial management at higher education institutions under conditions of autonomy is one of the urgent issues because the State budget is limited, so financial management needs to be innovated. at current universities in Vietnam. Because of this importance, the authors chose the topic of innovating financial management at member higher education institutions of Thai Nguyen University in conditions of autonomy and improving the quality of higher education and training in Vietnam.
