Abstract

Bien Hoa city is one of the cities with the most industrial parks in the country, gathering many workers from different provinces and cities. Their children and grandchildren are sent to several small private preschools in the city. With low tuition fees, children’s toys and equipment are limited, making many of their learning activities ineffective. And in fact, there are many preschool teachers here who do not pay attention to fine motor development for preschool children and do not know how to use loose materials to develop fine motor skills for preschool children.
