Abstract

Weather forecasting is a type of scientific and technological activity. The purpose of weather forecasts is to provide information about expected weather with forecast periods ranging from a few hours to several months. Almost all forecasting techniques applied today involve the use of prediction models based on the application of compressible fluid mechanics equations to the atmosphere. This article provides some Mathematical modeling of weather formation mechanisms and weather patterns using geophysical fluid dynamics methods.
