The Industrial Revolution 4.0 (Industrial Revolution 4.0) is posing pressing social demands for a revolution in innovation in training technology, especially vocational training technology, to meet new trends, creating conditions for learners’ intellectual and creative abilities to develop indefinitely. Modern training programs not only aim to cultivate scientific knowledge, but also focus more on equipping soft skills to liberate personal capacity in a harmonious relationship with nature and social progress. Training quality is the key task of the school, first of all, it must be reflected in the creative thinking capacity and professional activities of learners after graduation. A teacher who knows how to use soft skills is someone who has the ability to create lesson content and how to convey knowledge to learners. Soft skills used during lectures are to create vividness and emotion; is to breathe life into the lecture to give it vitality and create a magical attraction for learners; through which knowledge transfer is carried out; Knowledge will touch the learner and penetrate the learner naturally.
