Scientific research activities of university lecturers with a results-oriented management approach

Abstract

Results-based management is an approach considered suitable for managing scientific research activities of lecturers at universities. In the results-based management approach, the results chain is an important tool to implement the management cycle. This article presents research results on the chain of scientific research results of lecturers at universities. The research results are the theoretical basis for university administrators to build practical research indicators and propose measures to manage scientific research activities of lecturers according to the results-based management approach.
