Some psychological counseling skills of homeroom teachers in high schools

Abstract

Psychological counseling skills are crucial in assisting kids in overcoming obstacles to learning and get rid of bad feelings and beliefs. They also assist teachers in better understanding student psychology so that students receive the proper education, teaching, and attention. The school counselor’s responsibilities include resolving issues with communication, stress management, and learning; fostering relationships between students and families. Some of psychological counseling skills are discussed in this study for homeroom teachers in high schools.
