Abstract

A healthy pedagogical cultural environment is the basis for each officer and lecturer to form and foster a positive and highly effective Ho Chi Minh working style, contributing to improving the quality of work. The article has clarified some solutions to promote the role of the pedagogical cultural environment in fostering Ho Chi Minh’s working style for social science and humanities lecturers.
