Improving job satisfaction for teachers at Go Cong High School (Tien Giang province)

Abstract

This study mainly uses theoretical research and mathematical statistics methods to identify the job satisfaction of teachers at Go Cong High School (Tien Giang province). From this, the paper proposes some solutions to contribute enhancing the effectiveness of teaching, helping them to be satisfied with their work and have a long-term commitment to the school.
