Current status of homeroom teacher management in primary schools in Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province
Abstract
The article assesses the current situation of classroom teacher management in schools in Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province. Conducted a survey of subjects including: 50 homeroom teachers, 15 administrators at 5 primary schools in Buon Ma Thuot city. Specifically: Nguyen Du Primary School; Nguyen Duc Canh Primary School; Tran Quoc Toan Primary School; No Trang Long Primary School, Dinh Bo Linh Primary School. Practice shows that due to the school management has many activities, the school does not have a separate plan for class homeroom work; In terms of experience and methods of homeroom work, there are still many limitations; There have been no specific and clear criteria for testing and evaluation since the beginning of the school year, so the inspection and assessment are still subjective. From there, measures are proposed to contribute to improving the efficiency of classroom homeroom management in primary schools in Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province.
