Measures for managing the development of a positive teaching staff in high schools in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

The management of building a positive pedagogical collective has been implemented by principals of high schools in Ho Chi Minh City and achieved some positive results, but there are still many shortcomings. Therefore, the article proposes six management measures to build a positive pedagogical collective related to the management functions under the responsibility of the principal in high schools in Ho Chi Minh City. These measures address limitations in management of building a positive pedagogical collective of the school, within the overall school management activities of the principals of high schools in Ho Chi Minh City.
