Applying Blockchain technology in higher education institutions

Abstract

This paper introduces Blockchain technology and proposes a model using the Proof of History platform to manage student data throughout their academic journey. The use of Blockchain technology for managing student data ensures transparency for students, faculty, and various departments. It also aids in the verification and retrieval of student-related information such as tuition fees, diplomas, transcripts, certificates, and identity.
