Abstract
This study aims to analyze the difficulties that students at Vinh University of Technical Education encounter in using artificial intelligence (AI) to learn English. Through surveys and interviews with students, the study identified hindering factors and pointed out possible solutions to overcome these difficulties. The results of the study contribute to improving students’ awareness and skills about AI and provide recommendations for schools in building more effective teaching strategies in this field.
