Abstract

Overweight and obesity are the gateway to many chronic diseases related to nutrition such as diabetes, hypertension, lipid metabolism disorders, coronary artery disease and some cancers... In Vietnam, in In some cities, life has improved significantly, children are less active, have less time to play outdoors and instead watch a lot of TV, which also causes children’s overweight and obesity to increase. Therefore, the prevention of overweight and obesity in children is increasingly emphasized.
