Some solutions for fostering the working style of part-time staff at the People’s Army academies and schools in Vietnam

Developing the working style of the staff members holding multiple roles in the People's Army Academies and Schools of Vietnam is crucial for building a politically strong military that is a reliable and loyal political force for the Party, the state, and the people. This article proposes several solutions for fostering the working style of the staff members in these military academies and schools.
