Some solutions to improve the quality of professional activities of the Foreign Languages Department at Thanh Sen High School, Ha Tinh City

Abstract

The professional activity of the professional group is an activity that not only implements educational plans but also fosters professional expertise and pedagogical capacity for teachers, creating conditions for teachers to learn from each other and exchange experiences on good, creative and effective ways to contribute to promoting the emulation movement of creativity in management, teaching and learning. In fact, in today’s schools, the professional activity of professional group is facing many difficulties and inadequacies. The following article highlights difficulties and solutions to improve the quality of professional activity of the Foreign Language group at Thanh Sen High School.
