Abstract
International economic integration, free trade and fair competition create many opportunities for the circulation of goods and work between countries. The development of science and technology has been cooperating with the marketing industry in general and marketing communications in particular. The demand for human resources in marketing communications in Vietnam is increasing, but the quality of human resources has not met practical requirements. The article presents the current situation of human resources in marketing communications in Vietnam, the opportunities and formulas of human resources when participating in integration and offers solutions to help train and develop high-quality marketing communications human resources.
