Abstract
Preschool education is the first level of education with an important position in the human resources development strategy. In the process of caring for and educating children at preschool, preschool teachers always hold the most important position. The article presents basic concepts, characteristics of preschool teachers’ professional activities and activities to develop capacity to adapt to changes in preschool teachers’ professional activities. The research results aim to help preschool teachers improve their work efficiency, while also making an important contribution to ensuring comprehensive and sustainable development for children in the early stages of life.
