Innovating the organizational management system in some public universities in Hanoi City to meet university autonomy requirements

Abstract

The article presents an overview of the Party’s viewpoint; the policies and laws of the State on renovating the organizational and management system to enhance the quality and efficiency of activities of public service units, including public universities; The challenges encountered in the implementation process at some public universities in Hanoi in recent times, based on which recommendations are proposed to overcome them to contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of activities of public universities in Hanoi in the current context of university autonomy.
