Situation of professional physical fitness for talented swimmers aged 11-12 in Long An Province

Abstract

Through the study, 7 tests were selected to assess the professional physical fitness of talented swimmers aged 11-12 in Long An province. The tests are Long Jump in place (cm), 800m Run (s), 50m Butterfly (s), 50m Backstroke (s), 50m Breaststroke (s), 50m Freestyle (s), 100m Freestyle (s). At the same time, the current professional physical fitness of talented swimmers aged 11-12 in Long An province was assessed similarly.
