Since 2024, the People's Police University has been assigned by the Ministry of Public Security to conduct intermediate-level political theory training for officers and soldiers of the Police in several units and localities in the South. The article presents the current situation, advantages, limitations, and causes of limitations and proposes a number of solutions that contribute to improving the effectiveness of management of students participating in studying intermediate-level political theory training at People's Police University in the next time.
