Abstract
The current situation indicates that the activities of professional groups in primary schools play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of education, particularly in the implementation and enhancement of experiential learning activities for students. This article discusses the importance, planning, organization, direction, and evaluation of professional group activities. From there, it proposes measures to contribute to the improvement of experiential learning activities in primary schools.
