Abstract

The article presents the role of school culture at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in shaping and developing the personality, ethics, and skills of students. The development of the cultural environment within the school not only affects the quality of education but also creates a solid ethical foundation for law students. Building a healthy school culture with modern facilities and a friendly, clean environment plays an important role in helping students study and research effectively. School culture is also a factor that fosters solidarity and cooperation among members of the school, thereby enhancing the quality of education and the overall development of students. The organizational culture at the school contributes to creating a disciplined, honest, and fair learning and working environment, helping students understand their roles and responsibilities in the pursuit of justice while also cultivating the necessary personal ethical qualities for their future careers.
