Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on the role and responsibilities of teachers in current university education and training

Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh emphasized: “The task of education is very important and glorious, without teachers there is no education… without education, without cadres there is no talk of economy or culture”. Teachers are the ones who guide and lead the younger generation to gradually grasp the truth of the times, so any documents and curriculum, no matter how good, without teachers to guide them, will not be able to exert their full effect on the younger generation. Teachers are the decisive factor in the quality of education, the product of teaching is the future of the nation.
