Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing cost estimation and resource allocation in construction projects, aiming to solve the problems of cost deviations and ineffective resource management. Using optimization models such as linear programming, along with project management software such as BIM, Primavera, and Microsoft Project, research helps improve accuracy and efficiency in cost and resource management force.
