Abstract

This article focuses on introducing 8 digital transformation models that bring business efficiency to businesses. Synthesizing and analyzing these models helps businesses make reasonable choices, consistent with their business goals. In addition, businesses also have flexible, combining models in different stages, depending on actual resources and the market situation of the enterprise to improve business efficiency.
