Vietnamese vocational education in the digital era

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of Vocational Education in training quality human resources with necessary soft skills in the digital era. The author mentions the inadequacies in the training process of the vocational education module in Vietnam in response to the country's practical development requirements. We propose 05 recommendations for educational managers to refer to in managing vocational education institutions, contributing to improving the quality of human resource training to meet the requirements of socio-economic development in our country today.
