Some theoretical issues on developing primary school teaching staff according to professional standards

Abstract

Researching the development of primary school teachers according to professional standards for general teachers in Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province is a very necessary issue that has a decisive significance in creating changes in the quality of primary education in the locality. From the research results; the article presents some theoretical issues on developing primary school teachers according to professional standards.
