In recent years, the online teaching model has been growing strongly and has made made significant contributions to foreign language teaching, including the teaching and learning of Chinese. “Online teaching” appropriate subjects will help improve the quality and efficiency of teaching and learning. At present, at Hai Phong University, there is no subject in the Chinese major taught online. Therefore, in this article, the author will analyze the current situation, causes and make some proposals for applying technology in online Chinese teaching at Hai Phong University, in order to promote the modernization of teaching methods and improve the teaching quality of some appropriate subjects.
