Abstract
Mathematical communication competence is one of the five core components of mathematical competence that need to be developed for students. Developing mathematical communication competence for students in teaching Mathematics is very necessary because it is consistent with the general mathematics curriculum in 2018 and educational trends around the world. This study proposes some solutions for teaching derivatives to develop students’ mathematical communication competence.
