Abstract

The young generation (centered on union members and youth) is the future owner of the country, the leading force in building and protecting the homeland, and is placed at the center of the strategy of fostering and promoting human factors. Fostering revolutionary ideals, educating lifestyle ethics, nurturing dreams, ambitions, aspirations to rise, and a sense of responsibility for the young generation. That is both a goal and a driving force to ensure stability and sustainable development of the country, which is a matter of survival for the nation. Therefore, there needs to be a solution to take care of political training for the young generation of Vietnam in the current period.
