Applying knowledge of cultural beliefs and customs in preschool education for students at Vinh Phuc College

Abstract

Fundamentals of Vietnamese Culture is a mandatory module in the training program for students majoring in Nursery Education at Vinh Phuc College. The knowledge of Beliefs and Customs, has a great significance in real life, especially teaching in preschools. Therefore, the article provides an overview of the subject, the knowledge of the Beliefs and Customs section related to the topic of preschool teaching. Besides, instructions are also given on how to apply the topic of Lunar New Year to preschoolers together with suggestions to organize practice sessions for children. From there, students have a better sense of learning and contribute to preserving and promoting traditional culture.
