Abstract

The current state of managing experiential activities and career guidance for 10th-grade students in high schools reveals many limitations that need to be addressed. Therefore, proposing improvement measures is extremely urgent to enhance the quality of education. This article will delve into the current situation and suggest several management solutions for experiential activities and career guidance to improve teaching effectiveness, meet students’ career orientation needs, and develop their competencies in line with the 2018 national education program.
