Abstract

The article focuses on clarifying the current situation of motivating teachers through non-financial factors in high schools in Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province in the past time. On that basis, the article proposes some recommendations for each specific subject to contribute to enhancing motivation for teachers in high schools in Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province in the coming time.
