Developing soft skills for students at Hai Duong University in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0

Abstract

The era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution brings both opportunities and challenges for Vietnam’s economy and education, particularly in the field of higher education. University students need to shift their mindset and actions to adapt to an increasingly dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. To achieve this, students not only need to equip themselves with hard skills (subject-specific expertise) but also essential soft skills.
